What we frequently hear from customers today is that they often use help desk phone numbers, in some cases many phone numbers. This results in employees not knowing which phone number to use or they cannot find where the number is, so they end up not calling at all. However, Nuvolo’s self-service portal turns a long, confusing process into a simple an easy one.

When using the self-service portal, you will have all of your personal contact info already set into the application. The dashboard options are configurable to what ever you want to have on there. To report on a simple form, all you have to do is identify the equipment that needs repair. As an employee, you will have all previous work orders submitted on that asset. This way there are no duplicate work orders. Another way to report is by using the map. You simply browse the floorpan and select your location. An auto CAD drawing appears and you can zoom and select which room you are in. When you click your space you are presented with the same simple form, but the location is already populated. Now, there will be a green dot in the specific area you just submitted so that the technician can easily find the asset.
