Nuvolo can track parts and inventory to allow you to understand what you have on hand and where, and to give you more control over and automation of the ordering process for new parts. Within the facilities parts record, you can track things like name, part manufacturer, model number, unit cost, available quantities and which stockrooms the parts are located in.

Nuvolo gives their customers an easy way to look up what parts are in what locations and we help them automate the reordering of parts by setting up business rules and an integration with your purchasing ordering system.

For example within the parts record, there is a field called replenish threshold. This is used, or could be used, by a business rule to say that an available quantity of the part drops below the replenish threshold, it then automatically generate a purchase order request.
