Today in many legacy CMMS applications, in order to get information that managers need, they often need to extract data and put it into an excel spreadsheet. Resulting in a lengthy process just to create meaningful reports.
With Nuvolo, we can save you time and enable informed decisions by having all the information in one place. To give you a better idea of how we can do this, we’ll talk about a few reports that come out of the box.
When looking at a performance and operations report, we can see things like total work orders completed by an assigned technician in the last 30 days. More specifically, we can see which technicians are over-performing or which technicians are underperforming. We can also see total work order by facility in the last 30 days. Which can filter and sort depending on what type of information we want to take away from these reports.
Or, we can take a proactive approach and better plan our resources to make sure we are completing all of our PMs. You can view yearly estimated PM hours by facility and assigned technician. Once again, we can sort and filter the reports. We can also drill into a specific report to better understand the information. We can also track things like cost and spend. For example, we can view total spend on parts this quarter by asset tag. There, we can see which assets are spending the most on parts and use this information to make informed decisions. We can also see total spend on parts per quarter.
By understanding the age of our resources, you can better plan your resources and budget. Then, you can use this information to plan out when these resources will expire or when they need to be replaced. You can also view service projects, or more specifically, how much a certain contract cost us and how much of the contract has been realized so far and the renewal date.
When viewing compliance reports, you can see which assets are on an AEM schedule, any reportable events that may be useful to environmental care, and you can understand how you are doing on your PM completion this month. Using this information, you can better allocate your resources to make sure you close out all of these PMS. Or, you can take a retroactive approach and see all PMs in compliance for last month.
Nuvolo offers a ton of reports out of the box all-purpose built. All of these reports are churning real-time information, which can be exported and scheduled. If for some reason you need to build an ad hoc report, it can be done by simply clicking the field you would like to report on which enables business users to get the information that they need in order to make informed decisions.
